Not necessarly, it depends upon what kind of comms set up they had. Being sought after, it wouldn't be unforseen that individuals would be off the net, so to say, for various reasons. Secondly, Khan was not the 'hub' of the comms, so that other links would still operate in blissful ignorance of his capture, thus providing invaluable intel.

Keep in mind we got him form Pakistan. I don't trust them. they have lied to us many times. I had a feeling when this came out it was a trick, prayerfully not.
