Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard declined an on-camera interview and instead told Eyewitness News by phone, "These incidents happen all over the country. We all need to be vigilant. For security purposes, I can't go into any details." But Mayor Brainard did give more details to the Herald-Tribune. He told the newspaper a man was arrested and sent to the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay Cuba two years ago.

I'd say that is confirmation that Harris was more or less correct. Notice the FBI said no one is under arrest in Indiana, which would be true if the person is at GitMo. She probably muddled some details, thus "she doesn't know what she's talking about", or perhaps that could better be translated. "I wish she'd shut up and not blow the XXXXX operation"
