Why do you choose to use the nomenclature of calling yourself "a believer in Y'shua"
I do not claim "Messianic Judaism" because many times such are not observant. I do not condemn them, nor do I condemn "Christians" for not being such.
I also recognize that many of my Jewish brothers will not recognize me as a brother, because I am a follower of Y'shua, and I do believe He is Meshiach. That is fine, if they exclude me for that. I say with all humbleness, I worship HaShem, the God of Avraham, Yitschak, and Ya'akov. I love Torah. I love all those who likewise worship HaShem and love His Torah.
I do not use the label "Christian" because it is a word that has been corrupted (Jimmy Carter says he is a "Christian" - so what does THAT mean?). Christianity has for 1,900 years renounced the very root that nurtured them, Judaism. No, although I find much in common with "Christian" brothers, I find more in common with those who as faithful talmidim[disciples] follow a Master [Y'shua] who was COMPLETELY obedient to Torah in all ways. Isn't a talmidimsupposed to live exactly as His Master? In fact, Y'shua said that very thing: "Every talmid when he is perfectly trained will be like His Master".
So, I am merely a talmid of Y'shua. I am being trained by His Torah.
