I sense that you believe that Christians and Messianic Jews are trying to "hurt" Jews by "converting" them. I must most strenuously disagree. If someone gave me information that made some sense to me, I would be grateful. If it made no sense to me I would reject it. It is up to me to decide for myself. I wouldn't hate the person who tried to inform me. Yes, this would include a Jew who "converted" someone I love.

To the contrary, I believe that Christians, Messianic Jews, Hare Krishnas and others who try and convert Jews hold their beliefs sincerely.

I think that they are hopelessly arrogant in their faith and utterly indifferent to the pain that they cause to the families of those whom they lure to abandon the faith and culture of their ancestors.

As far as giving information is concerned, I am more tolerant than many Jews, in that I don't object to a Jehovah's Witness trying to give me a Watchtower or a couple of LDS missionaries setting up a table. It's conversion by force (which doesn't happen these days) or by treachery (which is the subject of the article), and the targeting the children of broken homes or poverty, who are greeted with smiles and lured, step by step, to abandon their faith, that I find so offensive.
