I'm not sure I follow you? what do you mean a Christian Church? anybody can be a Christian by professing Lord Jesus Christ as your personal saviour and reedemer?
I don't think Jesus would be praying in any house of worship that had a bunch of hypocrites in it. Jesus would proably be praying in Sudan right now if he were on earth...
