The spin on NPR this am was "everybody must have already made their minds up before the convention".

Maybe so. Let's see what happens after the R convention and into the homestretch of the election season. The momentum seems to be on Bush's side coming out of the D convention.

I have to give the dems credit for their foresight, however. They have no platform, stand for trivial and vague issues, have the worst possible national candidate, yet managed to make a race out of this election based solely on hatred of the opponent. That wouldn't have been possible, however, without the massive assistance of the media.

Imagine Bush's numbers if the lamestream media was on his side.

Everything about Kerry is artificial, I suspect even his poll numbers are inflated by any way possible.

And I would just as soon see shrillery get on the ballot and be defeated and sent away this year rather than 2008 if it comes to that.

Which is the root of their problem. Pure Bush hatred has gotten them this far and the MSM has played along. But now it's time to put up or shut up and they've got nothing to offer.
