Kahn and the Dems tried to explain away her larceny, but that case is starting to cook: A veteran Democratic-Farmer-Labor state representative was charged Friday with one count of misdemeanor theft for removing Republican campaign literature from doorsteps while campaigning last week in New Hope. The charge filed in Hennepin County District Court against Rep. Phyllis Kahn of Minneapolis stems from an incident in which the 67-year-old is accused of removing brochures for Republican state Rep. Lynne Osterman, according to New Hope police. The incident reportedly occurred the evening of July 19 as Kahn was helping Osterman's DFL challenger, Sandy Peterson.

I don't know if you're familiar with her, but she is a looney nut job that's about as left as left can get and a perfect example of a Minnesota liberal.
