And, if there are any Iowa FReepers that can offer some advice to Mr. Kerry, I am sure he would be ever so grateful.

On the Drudge show tonight, he said after the Wendy's photo-op that they dined elsewhere. He said Teresa threw the chili in the garbage. I don't know if he was kidding or not.

Your palate shouldn't suffer while you are out on the stump to gain the office you so richly deserve. -And if it costs a little more, hey so what, the campaign is paying for it anyway. It should be corrected to read as:
the campaign poor deceived idiots & sheeple who actually believe this flip-flopper, is paying for it anyway

My advice to Kerry is to stay the hell away from Mario's! It is my favorite place to eat. I know Mario is a democrat, but I don't want that fact rubbed in my face.
And really, Mario's is not fancy-shmancy. $30 to $35 a person max, including drinks and dessert.

I've some former relatives in Farmersburg, "Heart of the Cornbelt"... or was it Farley?
My ex-'s dad used to come up to Grand Forks AFB when we lived up there, driving around on his farmer diesel and milk checks. He'd look at the library, chapel, bowling alley, theater, and say "nothing but the best with the taxpayer's money!"
I don't miss Iowa democrats at all ;-)

I ate at Timmerman's Supper Club once. The best steak I ever had.

(My 1.4 cents - It used to be 2 cents, but after taxes - you get the idea.)
