Don't kid yourself Reno never made the first decision it was all bubba behind the scenes--Reno is in the closet and bubba played her like a violin and probably hillary.

Well, yeah, you are right about that.

BS, I repeat Juan called from Cuba to Miami to make sure Elian got there safely, most men don't totally disavow their kid even when they get divorced or move on in Juan's case.

GOOD POINT # 31: THE FATHER AND MOTHER WERE NOT MARRIED.
How could he have been the legal father. None of this was allowed to progress in US courts.
The best interests of the boy were never addressed.

Fathers have no parental rights in Cuba. Children are property of the state.
If you like Cuba so much, why don't you go there and stop stinking up America, commie?

Is he a good little marxist, or will fidel (or janet) have to whack his pee-pee?

And the so-called press is more than willing to question whether or not Cheney is fit for duty...

That's a good analysis Joe, I have talked with 100's of Cuban Americans on this topic, discussed it at length on the air and have a pretty good working knowledge of what went down since we had play by play t.v and radio both in English and Spanish here in good ol S. Fla.

Note the expression on his face. So many photos of him in the US with a smile on his face (before his kidnapping by Reno and company)...and now back in Cuba...not a smile since. Aw c'mon lowbridge! Didn't you read the article???:
"Elian lives with his father in their hometown of Cardenas and he still sports the same impish grin that captivated the world back in 2000."
Odd that they don't have a single photo, though...

Sorry if I offended you but I have very strong feelings about life in Cuba. One of my Miami friends got a call from Cuba one day that her sister had poured gasloine on her self and set herself on fire. That's Cuba today.

Ah. Perhaps I misread your post.
You understand what being sent to Cuba really means to Elían.
