except if space is expanding, in which case your measurement unit fails to be constant, which means that although the speed of light is constant, 186,000 mps is a one-time only measurement of that speed. So you're correct in that c is constant, but our representation in units will change with our units.

The speed of light is invariant in all frames of reference.

What this article means is that the Bible and Gods word is true and correct but man is not smart enough to figure it out yet(this speed of light is a good beginning).I have been studying the Hubble Red shift for years and what the article does not say is NASA scientists are even in a stir over this-Red Shift-in other words time is changing(speed of light slowing down)-put plainly spoken-the theory of evolution is bunk-carbon 14 dating is bunk-man's explanation is bunk-none of it adds up.Put your trust and faith in Gods word for understanding.Chuck Missler explains the Red Shift so that all of us can understand-but to -buy in- you must first believe in our creator and what he created. We are not a random mistake.

Yes, c is constant, but what if the meters aren't? Wouldn't that alter your method of measuring c?
If space expands, your metric expands, wouldn't your measurement of c in meters appear to change?
I mean that if your method of measuring c is to time its bounce between two objects. If the universe is expanding, wouldn't the distance between the two objects seem to increase from a perspective point outside the universe?
My real question would be does the speed of light depend on the size of space?
