That's the part that really gets me. Like the Interahamwe in Rwanda, like Arkan's "Tigers" in Bosnia or the RUF in Sierra Leone these clowns aren't soldiers. A tiny number of disciplined professionals could send them running. If even we are not willing to send troops why not hire a couple hundred or so (Sandline, Blackwater, etc.) We've seen what they can do, and for a comparative pittance at that.
