After 9/11, every corporation in Lower Manhattan has backup plans in case something bad happens again. I'm sure the NYSE is no exception. IIRC, they sad they had 2 or 3 backup sites.

If the NYSE is hit, do they have an alternate place to trade?They are supposed to have a separate location in New Jersey, as well as an "undisclosed location" for them to go to, if necessary. From what I recall, this was established after 9/11.
