I still wish I knew what we're supposed to differently when the level changes. Does the bag limit on arabs go up?

The Emerg. Mgmt. folks have things they do when the level goes to Orange, and Homeland Defense gives them additional information. The public in the respected cities will be asked to keep their eyes open and report EVERYTHING suspicious. They may also be given specific instructions. Now everyone else in the US. I'm prepared to be on the fringes of a terrorist attack and to deal with the immediate aftermath. There's almost absolutely nothing any of us can do to prevent being a direct casualty, though.

About the most any of us can do in that regard is to try to avoid what might be considered tempting targets for terrorism.
