I met the GUY (not "they") that owns the 300 (not 400) acres. He took a group of "Free Staters" around to look at the land. He said he wants to divide it up into 6-acre parcels. The response from other FSP'ers was underwhelming, to say the least. Once again...where would they work? Dartmouth-Hitchcock is at least 45 minutes away, and that is along the two-lane Route 4. I'm sure that drive is even worse in winter. I wouldn't put any money on such a "project" ever coming to fruition. Never happen.

My apologies. "You" was a blanket statement. I have never understood why native NH'ers didn't shoot the first few invaders from Mass, and hang them from lamp posts to send a not-so-subtle message to the rest of them. Bear bait? Damn good idea.
