I think that the terrorists are actively trying to persuade us that this is a religious war to turn the christians against the peaceful muslims, thereby forcing said peaceful muslims to choose to join the terrorists. This is the sort of tactic Charles Manson took, though it backfired on him. I'm hoping that this backfires on the terrorists with the peaceful muslims opting to rid the world of the terrorists. And yes, I think that there are peaceful muslims who abhor what the terrorists are doing.

Maybe one should reply in kind, by finding a more radical mosque... preferably on Friday, when it is full. IMHO, the message will sink in real fast.
