Woops! found it at the end of the article. Sorry for the unnecessary reply.
The fairest and most efficient way to "tax the rich" would be with an excise tax on advertising. For fairness, the wealthiest corporations in world would pay for the privilege of competing in our free market economy. For efficiency, the media would be well positioned to accomplish their well known goal of collecting huge sums of tax dollars from the wealthiest corporations in the world.

Son of a gun! Scaramouche the name of his yacht! Clearly, Kerry's hubris knows no bounds. And frankly, the people I argue with at work who will whine that GW lied about WMD's and nitpick about which country we should have invaded first, are the first to scream bloody murder about taxes. They'll hold their noses and vote for GW.
If you have the MSM in your hip pocket along with Lovie's $3 billion, you can call your secret service agent a son of a bitch and blame him for knocking you off your skis, refuse to release military records and Lovie's tax returns, and announce that you're not revealing an economic plan until elected. His campaign is so in your face it's unbelievable.
