He supported Gore vocally So did the majority (or is it the plurality) of the American people. The greatness of America is we have our political diffrences but when elections are over we do business with one another or do I wade jihad on them and base all my purchasing decisions not on quality of product but on party affiliations?
It is why 13 colonies - some with slaves and some without - could forge a great nation.
Your attitude actually goes against the American tradition. Can I buy stuff from an independents or Libertarians or just Republicans?
As for your militant Islam remark. Islam is the religion that demands you seperate yourself from non-beleivers. That attitude you expressed is actually closer to militant Islam than it is to the American political tradition.

Either way, I don't care. If you want to buy lampshades from Nazis go right ahead, no one is criticizing you for doing that. And anyone else making their own purchasing choices by their standards instead of YOURS can go right ahead, too. It is why 13 colonies - some with slaves and some without - could forge a great nation. Your attitude actually goes against the American tradition. Can I buy stuff from an independents or Libertarians or just Republicans? --------------------------------- How many times does it have to be repeated--please point out where in my post I said you had to purchase anything from anyone else, or not? YOU use YOUR standards. Others can use theirs--you got it now? As for your militant Islam remark. Islam is the religion that demands you seperate yourself from non-beleivers. That attitude you expressed is actually closer to militant Islam than it is to the American political tradition. -------------------------- ...zzzzzzzzzzz.... Huh? You do a great job of calling people communist and militant islamisists--if you notice, I did not do that to you, merely pointed out that if one wanted to support whoever, for whatever reason, they could. What you're not very good at doing is addressing the issue. The issue is someone wanting to give money to someone supporting a political enemy. If YOU want to do so--DO IT! If someone else doesn't want to, that doesn't make them any of the names you toss around so casually. I guess by me even voting for Bush means I'm separating myself from a non-believer. You've got a pretty weird and idiotically broad interpretation of islamic law. (Or you would if you really meant it and weren't just making a snippy insult toward someone who dared sugged you can make your own choices and let others make theirs.) Then again, your fear of others making their own decisions with their own money seems to have gotten you in a very hamsterlike state--you really don't react well to others who disagree with you, and you need to attack them...which by your logic makes you very much in the militant islamic tradition....
