It's fairly shocking that there would fires at oil refineries, what with them being filled with tens of thousands of gallons of explosive and flammable liquids and gases and all.

So did you bother to compare the number of oil refinery fires so far this year to the number of oil refinery fires last year? In 2000? 1998?

I was researching a bit more and I got to the conclusion that the list still far under the real numbers.
