I'm praying Dubya and his convention are smart enough to pull the same type of thing in transfer of Iraqi power...and leave the terrorists , protestors and other insignificants holding the bag in NYC...it would make sense to me, but moving such a large party is difficult to say the least.
It's not too late to move the convention to a more isolated place - like Martha's Vineyard.
