Resistance is nothing but "resitance to get control of oil." These so called radicals are just out to control the oil wealth for themselves. They believe the USA will just obediently pay 100, 200, 300 dollars a barrel for oil.

Very interesting material.
Hopefully, the Iraqis will begin to see that it is the authoritarian regimes around them (Iran, Saudi, Syrian) who most fear a democratic and free Iraq. Obviously, most of the terrorism going on now is an effort to prevent the Iraqi people from establishing such a threatening political order in the region.
A free and democratic Iraq is destabilizing to the entire region and the despots who run it. But if the Iraqis are brave and smart, they will win against these rivals who wish to see them subjugated by another Saddam-type dictator.

Powerful. Passing it on.
Thank you for the post and the ping!------------
Many current opinions from the Iraqi street, and Arab media outlets, recorded by Mohammed, Iraq the Model:
We will continue to water the tree of freedom with our blood and woe to the enemies of the people whether Arab or not. Woe to the hypocritical media. We will all build the new Iraq, the Iraq of hope and freedom and let the enemies of freedom go to hell. Here I ask those who call such crimes resistance? What about our children and the poor...?"

Thanks for the ping, RTC! Changing attitudes of liberal media coming about in Iraq now that the majority of those being killed are not American G.I.s - PING.
_______________
"Ive seen that most of the Arab commentators sympathize with the Iraqi people in these tough days, actually I saw a change in their attitudes as some of them used to prize the resistance efforts in fighting the occupier but now that most of the attacks are targeting Iraqis, whether civilians or security forces members, some of the Arabs seem to have realized the nature of the resistance.
Some of the commentators even apologized to the Iraqi people and admitted that they were deluded by the media that modified the facts and showed a picture that doesnt reflect the truth.
" As a matter of fact, many Iraqi commentators suggested that the government must take some action against some Arab media channels."

Enthusiastic bump!!!
I read the Iraqi blogs every day and they are the only news sources keeping me sane. Reading them gives me so much hope for Iraq's future.
The world media (especially our own) are beneath contempt because of their extreme bias against the U.S.
Thank God the Iraqi people have the internet to tell it like it really is.
