Was she ever a citizen of Mozambique. I thought her parents were diplomats there. I thought she was from somewhere in South America.
She was born in Mozambique, a possession of Portugal at the time, to a Portuguese doctor.
She chose to attend the University of Witswaterand in South Africa at the height of apartheid.
BTW she speaks so many languages because there is not much of a jump from Portuguese to Spanish to Italian.
