If I'm running for office, any office, the last thing I'm going to do is point my finger in someone's chest. You just don't do things like that.
You can tell that Marine is PO'ed too. Look at those eyes.
The link to this thread should be e-mailed to every serviceman/servicewoman we know.
a normal person would have said "Boy, I'm tired", instead of something that sounded like it came out of either a cheesy romance novel, or a low-budget porn video.
Good grief--what's the deal with the finger? This man is one stupid campaigner...
You gotta love these Marines. They were respectful but they weren't buying what John Kerry, antiwar whackjob, was selling. Its times like these when I wish the MArine recruiter was in that day.
the strategy unfolds. every time the president opens his mouth offering the mildest of reservations regarding the background and record of mr. kerry, they squeal like little girls. [no offense to little girls intended] I'm sure kerry will be all over the news reminding us that he called for civility, a rejection of attack politics, etc., but people that weren't drunk or stoned that night will remember that his call for moderation came after 55 minutes of rabidly ripping and chewing into GWB's flesh.
phony is as phony does, I suppose.

July 31, 2004 -- SCRANTON, Pa. John Kerry's heavily hyped cross-country bus tour stumbled out of the blocks yesterday, as a group of Marines publicly dissed the Vietnam War hero in the middle of a crowded restaurant.
Kerry was treating running mate Sen. John Edwards and his wife, Elizabeth, to a Wendy's lunch in Newburgh, N.Y., for their 27th wedding anniversary an Edwards family tradition when the candidate approached four Marines and asked them questions.
The Marines two in uniform and two off-duty were polite but curt while chatting with Kerry, answering most of his questions with a "yes, sir" or "no, sir."
But they turned downright nasty after the Massachusetts senator thanked them "for their service" and left.
"He imposed on us and I disagree with him coming over here shaking our hands," one Marine said, adding, "I'm 100 percent against [him]."
A sergeant with 10 years of service under his belt said, "I speak for all of us. We think that we are doing the right thing in Iraq," before saying he is to be deployed there in a few weeks and is "eager" to go and serve.
The Marines all of whom serve at nearby Stewart Air Force Base wouldn't give their names.
"the strategy unfolds. every time the president opens his mouth offering the mildest of reservations regarding the background and record of mr. kerry, they squeal like little girls."
Absolutely agree! Lots of things these cheap frauds do make me mad, but this just makes my blood boil. What can you expect from this Mark Geragos wannabe but an attempt to manipulate the tiny little minds of those they consider beneath them.
Could you point me to the real story behind this photo? I missed it.
Nevermind - I believe this helped quite a bit. Good for the marine - glad he was polite yet crisp.
First of all, it's NEWBURGH, and second of all it wasn't an "unscheduled stop".
It was reported in the local fish rag ALL week long that Edwards was going to stop in Newburgh on Friday, they just weren't sure WHERE.
What a bunch of pansy ass liars.
Sounds like our Minneapolis Red Star Tribune and our own little choo-choo "waste of taxpayer money."
From the far north, to the far south, libs are everywhere.
LOL about the strategy memo. Knd of caught them with their pants down so to speak.
LOL!!!
(a not so very 'delicate' "tweet")
/What a ghastly trip this is going to be for Evita, mingling with the unwashed, eating poor folks food and OMG the travesty of sleeping at a super eight./
/
did I hear something Friday about rumors that the sKerrys were pretty much separated before this run for the office? On Hannity or Rush?
Are you sure about this? I would think that a senator, being a civilian, is not in the Marine's chain of command.
