You're gonna see more local parcel tax and revenue enhancement fee measures on the ballot than ever before this November and beyond as long as Sacramento can not get over it's addiction to spending like drunken sailors.

Federal tax
Virginia State wireless 911 surcharge
Fairfax County wireless utility users tax ($3.00!)
Virginia State PUC fee (whatever that is)
Federal universal service fund
Virginia State wireless gross receipts tax (what's that for?)
Federal E911
Federal wireless number pooling and portability

All that totals $6.80, which adds 18 percent to my bill.
