If they did something to the flag, something meaningful, I would have a problem.

Y'all don't get it? They're not bashing America? If they aren't bashing America then why is there a disrespectful charactature of the Statue of Liberty? You can find a picture of the tray liner on another thread here. Why bring America into their campaign... overseas? They are merely getting a buck off the Hate America crowd. They are bad mouthing America just like the Dixie Chicks did. They know they'd not get away with it here so they take it to countries that will jump at anything that puts Americans in a bad light. No one is denying we are getting fat, but that's not what's being sold. What's being sold is just one more thing to laugh at and put down Americans. It's despicable.
It doesn't matter if Subway pulls the ads, this customer will never give them another dollar. Ever. Pulling the ads will only be because they've been slapped by the American public, not because they see they were wrong.
