He rips on Republicans with all the stereotypes and raises the liberals to ivory towers.... it's damn annoying and now I wish him to lose his show.

He sure didn't last night though. Portman came off as ridiculous, giggling continuously. She kept trying to drag the subject back to Bush bashing and Letterman kept changing the subject. He didn't give her any hint that he agreed with her and just seemed to want to get her back to talking about her new movie. The only pro-DNC thing Letterman sais was that as a comedian he really dreaded losing Bill Clinton, but Teresa gave him new hope.

The Letterman I saw last night was much more of a DNC bashing than Bush bashing. Their "man on the scene" for the convention was hiliarious, having ducked out for pizza before the Edwards speech and making a lot of references to the sheer boredom of the events.
