They polled college students after the 2000 election that stated they voted several times because the election WAS TOO IMPORTANT. I see Portman voting in Hollyweird and I see people helping her do her "civic duty". St Louis, Chicago, Iowa, The Dakotas all have dead people vote. Shoot, they even have people unborn voting, and that's way under the age of 18!
