America is at war. Thus, one could reasonably argue that President Bush owes it to America to arrest traitors NOW, TODAY. Is the election a reason to encourage treason and CODE-levWhy?

Look at it this way. If, God forbid, 43 loses, they can still charge Berger and co. and leave Hamster Breath with a judicial and political nightmare to deal with upon taking the oath.
