To put it more simply, fascism is ultimately a political system where the individual serves the state and while nominal ownership of industry is mostly kept within the hands of individuals the far more important control of said industry is firmly mainted by the state.

Fascism is best described as a communist heresy.

Very good.

I would also add that fascism and communism are two branches growing from the same Marxist tree. They are the ultimate Marxist competitors and predators.
