sure sounds like leftist psycho-babble crap to me! GOD does not allow for "partial or proportionate" sins. At least I never saw that in a Bible.
I should add, if a person KNOWS the candidate to be a purveyor of sin and still votes for that person - then there is no excuse for SIN.
