To spare us the endless whining of the format police, I've just posted an excerpt with link to rest of article -- just in case it previews formatted but doesn't post formatted, like the last time.

Since the topic police appear to be a permanent feature on these Hacking threads, I may as well ping them too so they can share their feeeelings with the rest of us and get it over with.

Look... it's really simple. Place <p> tags between paragraphs.

I agree. Some of the self-appointed board police, trolls and formatting & spelling monitors, I could just leave. Which I usually do for months at a time.

Thanks for pinging me. Lol at format police! Next thing you know, the spelling Nazis will show up.

Here's a thought. Commercial dumpsters are emptied on specific days. LE must know the schedule, and a likely area where these trucks dumped their loads at the landfill. Does MH have a pickup truck? I guess he would need one to transport a mattress from the store. So maybe the night before, he transported something else out of their apartment. Maybe she isn't in the landfill.

Given that you pinged me to this thread for some reason (although what that reason is isn't entirely clear at the moment), I must assume that you believe me to be a swaggering, nightstick-twirling, badge-carrying member of said "posting police" (or at least the dispatcher at the Posting Police station who sits around all day wolfing down Krispy Kremes and telling off-color jokes while operating a radio directing the REAL Posting Police to investigate various crimes and misdemeanors).

If that is the case, I have only two retorts:

- It is difficult to read and comprehend posts which contain no paragraph breaks and/or are in too small a font. FreeRepublic is rife with wonderful folks who communicate effectively, so it must not be all that hard to do.

- Get over it.
