This man needs to stay in the game.

Possibly take the Bobby Jindal route to power.

As far as I know, he's running a successful campaign for a congressional seat this year.

Does anyone know if he has endorsed Johnny Isakson?

He said we need to "elect George W. Bush and get the Republican in the Senate seat and that is Mr. Isakson."

Honestly, this is the first thing I have ever heard him say that I disagree with. Not the Bush part of course, but the Isakson part. I don't know what I will do on Nov 2, but marking the bubble beside Johhny Isakson will be very hard to do.

If the libertarian candidate supports the war in Iraq I will probably vote for him.

Then check his web site on national security.

or embassador to the UN or to the Democratic anti-American nation. He would beat them both into submission or drive them to suicide.

You wouldn't want to showcase a guy whose party rejected him. It says: Look what a bright star we have, and we STILL didn't want to nominate him. Blame the RINOs who run the party.

Here's something for you to ping to all of the Cain Crusaders out there.

Mr. Cain *will* be back.

Well, I hope Herman Cain and his people are happy. They prevented a very good man like Congressman Mac Collins from going to the Senate. They have placed a moderate in there like Johnny Isakson. Collins had the experience and the knowhow to get things done. Cain didn't...But that's politics. Collins didn't campaign hard enough. I hope Georgia hasn't seen the last of Mac Collins. He (Mac Collins) still has a lot to offer.

Collins had the experience and the know how to get things done.

Then why did he do worse than Cain? You say he didn't campaign hard enough. Sorry if he is too lazy to campaign, then he doesn't deserve the Senate seat.

The democrats showcased Barack Obama--and he was quite impressive--you must admit. Now,if the GOP wants to impress the nation by showing its "Rising Star," they will give us Mr. Herman Cain live on Prime Time Television at their Convention.

If Herman won the nomination, then YES and we all suggested that here weeks ago. BUT, since he lost, the Dems would take the spin and tell everyone the difference in the two parties...meaning they nominated Obama and "Southern White" Republicans rejected Cain. Showcasing Cain at the convention would backfire against us, sorry to say, in today's war of spin thru the 'liberal-friendly' media.

Where will you say them?

BTW, your logic that Herman cost Collins the nomination is flawed. If anything, it is the reverse, as clearly Collins never had a chance, came in 3rd behind a newcomer, and could have given Herman extra credibility and momentum if Collins endorsed Herman instead of fighting him.
