We need to respect their cultural differences.
If they're illegals they should be deported anyhow. But, with this crime they should also be horsewhipped and tattooes applied to their foreheads (in english and natural languages) saying "Child Molester".

Local papers reported this week the capture of 5 illegals who had kidnapped a person. Police came to house where guns being discharged late at night. They found the person tied up and beaten in the house where the 5 lived.
"Illegals... coming to America to do the crimes that Americans don't want to do themselves."

Personally I'd like to see crimes by illegals treated like "gun crimes". What I mean is that any crime is committed while an illegal is certainly MORE SERIOUS than the same crime committed by a citizen (because you broke in to the USA to do it). So all felonies committed by illegals should have REQUIRE full sentences served with FIVE ADDITIONAL YEARS added on (like the 'gun crime' kickers). Further all such sentences should be done in FEDERAL PRISONS so the FedGov, not the states absorbs the full cost of housing these criminals for the extended mandatory stays. After a few years when the prison population that Uncle Sugar has to pay for has doubled and doubled again ... they will start to appreciate the full cost of the feckless immigration policies they support.
