Only 3000? ROFLMHO!!! Poor Michael!
It's right there in Matthew 27:5 and Luke 10:37.
And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
Convinced?
Only three hundred showed up to oppose it.
I don't think there were 3000 people there. Report from the Austin Pravda:
About a mile away, down a ragged rural road lined with shade trees, about 800 Moore fans were sitting in lawn chairs under a purple overcast sky, listening to "This Land Is Your Land" performed by a folk duo. Decidedly mellow anti-Bush speakers with a new-agey bent followed on a stage next to the gigantic inflatable movie screen donated by Austin's Alamo Drafthouse......
Back at the stadium parking lot, where the nearly 1,000 people waited for a dark screen to light up, a singer from Waco led the crowd in "The Star-Spangled Banner." And as line of people still poured in, the movie started.
About 800 and nearly 1000 doesn't equal 3000 by my math. The total reported here is less than 2000.
