Thanks, this is the first time I have heard about the Caspian Guard. I wonder why the lamestream media ignore it? Oh... I guess it makes G. W. Bush look good and we can't have that now can we!

I was told as a child that there are many things going on that the public never sees, and some things the public does not need know. One of the problems with the current state of politics in the U.S. is that the opposition will make very public attempts to minimize and quash even the most broadly beneficial international efforts in order to paint the administration as imperialists. It saddens me to see that the admnistration, in order to do good work, must keep positive information 'on the down low' not out of security concerns, but because it is required simply to ensure that these good deeds can be accomplished without domestic interference based on partisan political pandering.

Thanks for the ping and the info. I have been following this on talk radio. Now I have print info. Lame stream media agenda doesn't permit full disclosure to the sheeple.

"If an activity is authorized under a UNSC resolution, then it could be cited by a PSI participant as authority for its participation in an interdiction "

I assume that the UN is not the arbiter on whether interdiction should take place, but only to further underpin PSI's authority and need to perform an interdiction on a UN member nation. Let me put that in the form of a question. I couldn't find anything in the material that would either dispute or confirm it.
