The fact that the DNC hasn't repudiated anything he says sends a cold chill down my back.
Moore could give a speech to the mind-dead Dem delegates in which he trotted out his most bizarre and false scenarios and the audience would be sent into paroxysms of adoration and assent. Convention planners dared not let him speak lest he be revealed as the soul of an otherwise souless party.

It's a psychoanalytic concept known as projection...Carl Jung called it the "shadow" i.e. that ugly part of our psyche we cannot/will not see and therefore project onto others.
Moore is such a classic example of it.
