She was a teenager at a very 'fragile' age who lost her own brother and she had to deal with parents who became totally self-absorbed.
Now these same parents are carrying around these two little kids like props. They are not thinking about the welfare of the little ones either.
PS: My sister noted that the boy looks like he is not used to being carried by his mother. His body language is resistant.
