A more honest explanation for why she acts up and lashes out at the little people as often as she does is that she has felt entitled to do so all her life. The daughter of a prosperous Portuguese doctor based in Mozambique, she married into the Heinz ketchup fortune and has lived in a privileged, fawning echo chamber ever since.
Her colonial memsaab upbringing probably has a lot to do with this. Frances Hodgson Burnett's childrens classic A Little Princess is as good an example as any of the psychologically corrosive effect of a childhood spent being waited on hand-and-foot by people who hate your guts.
I can sympathise for ANYONE who loses a mate...However Ol' Katrina Van denhuvel(sp) of NATION fame, says Teresa had a tough time raising three kids after her husbands death...I suspect MOST women, given a 1/2 BILLION dollar headstart, could do well.....She "feels our pain?" Get real!
