Paul is, like me, a Reagan Republican. Now is there really any difference between a Reagan Republican or a Reagan Democrat?
In fact Paul worked with Dan Quayle during George Bush Sr. term in office. For those who do not remember George Bush Sr. was the Vice President for Ronald Reagan.
I will say, in all honestly, that yes I have crossed party lines a number of times just to find the right kind of candidate that I can relate to. For me a good candidate or leader has all the following qualities: good listener, humble, articulate, belief in governing for/by/of the people, has good values, and has conviction to make things happen. Paul Whitehead has all these qualities and then some.
If you live in the Southern California area PLEASE take the time to meet Paul. He can be met at his office on Wednesdays (not this Wednesday only since he's in DC) 5pm-7pm at his campaign headquarters at 2503 S. Barrington Ave. West Los Angeles, CA 90064
Alternately you can log onto www.joinwhitehead.com and when you're ready make a donation by clicking onto the "make donation" button. Even if you do not live in California I know electing Paul could make a difference in general for he is not afraid to bring up issues to the table and he has this niceness that appeals across party lines--I have watched him in action and I can tell you this is true.
Thanks for your time, relatively long term freeper, annajones
