He's not a bad speaker....Clinton...Dean.. Wait until these delegates hear from Kerry...it's going to be an incredible letdown.

If Bill Clinton's a 9, I'd count Dean as a 6 or 7.
Problem is no other politicians in this convention have gone above a 3, so the contrast is dramatic.
Why do we have such incompetent politicians?
