This is violation of the Fourth Amendment, illegal search and seizure. NOT to mention any evidence obtained will be tainted and unusable, WHAT were these cops thinking???
I am appalled. THIS has to be challenged or other towns/cities will take up this practice. WE have to define the line of what we, as citizens, will put up with!!
