The bent one couldn't refrain from mentioning the impending expiration of the AWB last night at the convention. I believe the Brady crew, Schumer et al. will be unable to stifle themselves. This is no time to be complacent.
Voting trends are not reliable after September 11, 2001. After the liberation of Iraq, who knows? The pubbies scored an upset in 2002. The pubbies took control of Congress in 1994, an off year election with low turn-out as the White House was not at stake.
If you can't persuade someone to vote for Bush or against Kerry, persuade them to stay home if possible.
