TERESA HEINZ UNEARTHED: 'I DON'T TRUST TED KENNEDY'; DEMOCRATS 'PUTRID'
A historic bombshell interview has surfaced of Teresa Heinz Kerry ripping Ted Kennedy and the Democrat political machine!
The interview is set for splashing at the BOSTON HERALD, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, the newspaper which originally ran the session with a then Republican Teresa Heinz.
The candid flashback hits as both Teresa and "Bastard" Kennedy prepare to address the Democrat convention in Boston.
ABCNEWS's GOOD MORNING AMERICA plans to highlight the Teresa Heinz interview Tuesday. Host Charlie Gibson presented Heinz Kerry with the unearthed quotes, sources tell DRUDGE.
Developing...
Wonder what she said about that bastard John Kerry? Now that would be great to see or hear that if that existed.
Wouldn't that end all...having a nasty quote from Teresa Heinz about Kerry. Someone must be able to find one. It's not as if this loose cannon kept quiet about anyone or anything.
SHOVE IT TEDDY!!!!
"I think there are a lot of people who would say there were problems in state parties in Pennslyvania and New Jersey," Romash said. "Those problems don't exist anymore."
Only someone stuck in the Democrat-Mafioso hell that is New Jersey could understand just how utterly, hilariously, tragically LAUGHABLE the last part of that quote is.
Qwinn
My estimation of Terry Kerry's judgment has just gone up.
PA is a "swing state" and New Jersey is tightening up. Why couldn't they have thrown Ohio and a few others in their quote to alienate more voters?
"I'm surrounded by girlie men.... and OMG, NOW I'VE MARRIED ONE OF "EM!"
Ok... Lets be honest. The press shouldn't really care about this and neither should we.
We should get enjoyment because it is funny, but it really isn't relevent. It is a quote that is over two decades old. Are we all still holding on to feelings or opinions on people? Should we really have to defend quotes from that long ago? I don't think so...
The "shove it" comment is entirely different and, I think, much more relevent. It shows her in a terrible light claiming to not have said something that she clearly said and then yelling at the guy (we have all seen the clip). What is most damning though, is that she left and then charged back like a total lunatic.
We don't have to go back to age old quotes that aren't relevent unless they are somehow connected to the campaign (Kerry's vietnam record would be fine)...
just one guys opinion...
Beg to differ with you. One never knows what will influence the decision of the American voter. The more we can toss against the wall regarding these scumbags, some will start to stick. In such a "close" race, a few votes based on events happening years ago are a possibilty.
We must remember it was only about six years between Teraaaaaayza's comments about Chappaquiddick Ted and the "murder" of Mary Jo. Ted was easy to hate. ;-)
Disagree.
The more we toss Teresa against the wall, the more likely it is going to backfire.
We are not going to get voters to come on our side by digging up old quotes Kerry's wife said. We are just going to end up losing even more voters.
There are quite a few swing voters out there who hate Kerry, but are going to vote for him anyway because "He's not Bush". Attacking his wife isn't going to change them, or anyone else's mind.
This is stupid.
Normally I would agree with you, that attacking a candidate's wife is guaranteed to blow up in your face. But Theresa is a special case. She has even more of a sense of "Do You Know Who I Am?" than her current husband. She will lash out an anybody who is critical of her, and the results will be devastating to Kerry.
Michelle Malkin called her "John Dean in a dress". She's a powderkeg, and the Boston Herald just lit the fuse.
Politics is no longer a gentleman's game and we can't carry a knife into a gun fight.
Much as I delight in reading this, the fact is that it was said long ago. Considering that what many Democrats say today is in stark contrast with what they said last week, I don't think this is going anywhere.
It's irrelevant to me whether Teresa's "Tourette's wannabe syndrome" is going anywhere.
Anything that distracts the press from the party line about how wonderful the Clintons are, how electrifying and unifying they are, how unified the Democrats are, how positive, etc., I am for.
If what Tuh-ray-zuh, the African American Queen, said years ago is no longer relevant, then what her current husband said back then is no longer relevant either. If we let them dismiss this, then it is much easier for them to dismiss Kerry's treasonous activities during the Viet Nam war.
This story has no legs. It won't go anywhere. Rush was wrong about anyone caring what was said 20-30 years ago, by this mentally-ill Heinz-ketchup bitch.
It's amusing, but let go of it. It's going to cost us votes in the long run.
Hope the Dem have figured out a real winner for the alphab-nets 'prime time' - Terry Kerry AND Hazel O'Leary together, on the same stage. What a show it would be.
