I heard a "disgruntled" conservative on Levin tonight saying he was staying home because Bush was not controlling the border as much as ge would like. While I agree he could do more, all I could think of is the JUDGES! If three justices retire, it'll be three new Ruth Bader Ginsberg's.
No one should stay home. Think of the judges!!!
Kerry and Edwards both voted against the partial birth abortion ban.
Don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Every vote will count (except the military votes in Fla, of course)
On the other hand, if Kerry is elected, I doubt that Supreme Court decisions will mean much. The country will likely be destroyed before they have a chance to make any heinous decisions.
