How so, Dane?! I don't know if yer familiar with the incident I was referencing, but it was altogether the other poster's doing. Have you EVER seen me call another long-time poster a "Troll" or a "Moby"?

The way you sarcastically said BushGod.

God forbid someone supports one of the candidates that can actually win. We all know that Bush isn't perfect, and the world isn't perfect, either, but Bush is 1000 times better than Kerry, that is a given. And just because someone supports a candidate doesn't mean they see that person as a a "god".

IMO, some just get tired, of what I would call whining on FR, by some that the political landscape isn't perfect.

IMO, the political landscape will never be perfect and I deal with that reality.

Yes but if a freeper doesn't agree with Bush, it doesn't mean Bush will lose the election.

Fair 'nuff, that was sarcastic and unfair to charge BushBackers with deifying the POTUS.

Alright then...but I've been very good about not labeling Dubyuh's supporters as "BushBOTS" or the like and have refrained from chastising folks for supporting Dubyuh. Despite my vote being up fer grabs at the moment, I have not belittled folks who support Bush becuz the "He's the best potential Commander-in-Chief in the race" argument is sound and defensible. Usually where I get a bit frustrated is when folks slander me for insisting that we urge Dubyuh to move to the Right on domestic spending. Bush should not be above Constructive Criticism, imho, as I sincerely believe his second term can be much more successful than his first (which I agree has been quite successful on many fronts) if his supporters rally around his moves to the Right and if we let him know our displeasure when he's drifted too far to the Left.

If those of us on the Right all give Dubyuh our Unconditional Support, who can blame Bush/Rove for writing off our concerns and catering to the Milquetoast Moderate portion of the electorate? My critiques of Dubyuh have always been intended to be Constructive.
