It'd be interesting to know exactly when anyone started viewing the docs....
And how long any theft/doctoring/destroying of docs has gone on. And not just by Berger, and not just in this case.
IMHO, the Toon records at the Archives are worthless. And probably have been for quite some time.
I'd say Clinton started working on sweeping up his papers for legacy refurbishing the minute he left office.
I'll bet Berger wasn't the only one.
I'll bet some papers have been removed and replaced.
They were convinced Gore was going to win, and when he didn't, this was their back-up plan.
Bet impeachment evidence is gone....
