It is over looked by many how close Jim Garrison got to getting a conviction in the trial in New Orleans.

His book on the subject convinced me that Oswald was used.

Sure Oswald may have been used by those with an agenda. Whether it was the New Orleans mafia or the Cubans I'm not sure we'll ever know. But he was up on the sixth floor that day and his claims of being a patsy were bogus.
