Yep. And don't forget that it was pretty clear Bush was wearing a thick bulletproof vest under his jacket, too, which made it even harder for him to throw well.

And when Bush pitched shortly after 9/11, it was considered a bold move (from a personal safety perspective) for him to be out in the middle of the stadium in NYC.
