I'm just reading my Yankee email fan list, and the fans are not happy over the game's coverage. Even nonpolitical people are puking over ESPN's turning a big game into a Kerry infomercial.

Your contributions to this thread have been very valuable. Thanks, I will be cheering for the Yankees this year (for the first time in my life!), in order for the karma to work for W.

We should see if we can talk the FEC into calling the ESPN coverage an in-kind campaign contribution.

Thanks! For what it's worth, Yankees owner George Steinbrenner and Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez have donated maximum money to Bush's campaign, while the Red Sox owners are all bigtime Kerry donors. To be fair, pitcher Keith Foulke on the Red Sox supports the War on Terror and wore a flag on his hat to support the troops. But as far as comparing ownerships, it's clear who supports W, and who supports Kerry.
