There was a lot of talk about Naltrexone over at LDot after the Moscow Theater siege. The russkies wouldn't let on what the "knockout gas" aerosol was that killed so many of the hostages. I believe weeks later it slipped out that it was a synthetic opioid (I forget the name) but there was much speculation that many lives could have been easily saved had the commandos administerd Naltrexone ("Narcan") injections on the spot.
