So, will Berger will be forced to cut a deal with the feds, name names, etc.? Or will he succeed with the media's connivance at this: 'I'm just a silly, sloppy guy' routine?
I really don't think the media is going to have much to do with this one. This is where we find out if we have a justice department or just a selective law enforcement agency.
Personally, I think there is much more going on behind the scenes than any of us realize. As a matter of fact, none of us know what Berger has already TOLD the DOJ. I don't think his lawyers even know.
